The Fee is payable by the Client even if the Course or Class is not used (in part or whole) or completed by the Client;

The Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable unless agreed in writing by Unabashed Apparel/Sarahbeth Larrimore in its sole discretion; and

Changes to debit/credit card details can be make in Your Account

If you are on a payment plan one payment default will result in cancellation of membership or enrollment.

You can cancel your membership or enrollment at any time in Your Account

No refunds are given.

If you are not satisfied with your membership or enrollment, you can cancel your membership or enrollment at any time.

If you cancel, you may re-enroll in the future during open enrollment if desired at the current course or class price.

If your membership to a course is cancelled due to non-payment and it has to be reinstated you will lose access to bonus content or special offers.

You may cancel your student membership or enrollment at any time, but if you are on a payment plan to avoid drafts you must provide at least a 72-hour advance notice of your payment date.

No refunds will be issued for any monthly payments and monthly fees will not be prorated.

All requests for cancellation will be processed immediately and you will be removed from the membership content and student mailing list when your cancellation is processed.
