As we merged onto I40 – we saw the most happy making site – buskers, playing away at their fiddles and their guitars, maybe a banjo or bass with a sign that said “Charlotte”. We knew it was going to be a good run -this adventure towards the river.
Canvas tents and twine, hobo sacks on sticks, tea cups and tall tales,
barbed wire got my knee – but we kept going
no snakes but a couple hoppy toads and a turtle, a lazy dog, sleeping gal, and a freckled friend making fairy wings,
cold wine, black jack, logs and laughter.
Wish you could have been there. Magic summer days with photos snapped of the too-good-to-get-over-its. Spring/Summer 2011:
With a pair like that, and the promise of laughter and a dog, I wish I was there, too.
Wow. I am speechless. LOVE this!
Totally gorgeous–i love the evolution of your clothes–and the hair–beyond lovely–
I want to see more!
